Terms of Service

Please read these terms before submitting a request.

Free preview

Submitting the request form is a request for a free preview. It is not a purchase, a final quote, or a binding agreement. Payment is only requested after you review the preview, the scope and price are confirmed, and you decide to move forward.

Pricing

The standard offer is $400 upfront for the completed website and $25 per month to keep the website running. The domain term is selected and paid separately. Future updates are normally $15 per request.

Project scope

Every project is different. Advanced features, third-party subscriptions, large online stores, custom systems, or unusually complex requests may require separate pricing. Any additional cost must be explained and approved before work begins.

Turnaround

Most websites are completed within 1–5 days after all required information, pictures, content, approvals, and access have been received. Complex projects or delayed customer responses may require additional time.

Domains

Domain pricing covers the selected domain term and is separate from the $400 website price and $25 monthly fee. Domain names are subject to availability. The final domain, registration term, renewal terms, and any premium-domain cost must be confirmed before payment. If a requested domain costs more than the advertised allowance, the customer must approve the difference before registration.

Deals

Only one website discount may be used per purchase. All deals are subject to eligibility, availability, and approval.

Monthly service

The $25 monthly fee keeps the website running and managed while the service remains active. It is not unlimited maintenance and does not include new features or redesigns.

Update requests

Each requested change, content update, bug, or issue is reviewed before work starts. Larger changes or new features may require a separate quote that must be approved before work begins.

Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate content, images, and access, and for confirming that you own or have permission to use everything you submit.

Launch requirements

The approved website is published after required payments, account access, and approvals are completed.
